The Heliconia natural reserve is located in the Brazilian Amazon Jungle , bordering with Peru and Colombia. It is close to tabatinga and Leticia. It is located close to cities near the shore of Javari river, one of the Amazon river´s affluent.
The reserve is a getaway-place in the Amazon where you can feel an incredible atmosphere full of peace, mystery, calm and adventure. In the Javari’s river valley you will find that still exists a nomad tribe, they have never been in touch with other cultures.
